my story begins a long long time ago...
in the early ages of the internet!me and my friends were designed as a concept for a plush toy line and television spot, but only one prototype toy was made- me!after i was sewn up and finished, the concept for my television spot and toy line, Prize's Surprises, was scrapped. i spent many years bouncing around in storage units, closets, estate sales, and thrift stores...that was until one day i wound up in the arms of someone who wanted to know where i came from, and what my story was. once my name was spoken out loud, I magically sprung to life! no more stitches and seams, this time i was real!now, it is my goal to make sure we all know how special and loved we are, no matter how alone we may feel in the world. i make art to help my friends- including you- process big feelings and stay the healthiest and happiest they can be!

i use procreate and adobe suite for my digital art; with downloaded brush packs from gumroad and etsy. id be happy to share which brush packs i use with you if youre interested!for my paintings i prefer to use poscas and acrylic paint, and occasionally i use gouachemy badges are made with colored pencils and posca paint markers!

What sets me apart from other artists?
My products aren't necessarily all too different from that of other artists and vendors, this is true. What sets me apart from other artists is the experience of shopping at my booth. Here, the niche and sometimes forgotten pieces of the past are not only embraced but also celebrated. Here, you will find not only nods and homages to impressive media of the past but also an emerging franchise of my own creation to familiarize yourself with, "Prizes Surprises"!I offer keychains, buttons, stickers, prints, custom badges, one of a kind paintings, bandanas, fiber arts, and vintage toys and tchotchkes. If requested, I am happy to discuss what offerings would work best for your event.My small business is currently under construction.
